Pass Guarantee

When you buy a subscription with TheoryPal+, you can feel confident that you will pass - we seldom hear of people failing after practising with TheoryPal. That's why we offer a pass guarantee - pass your theory test, or get your money back 🏅

 

 

Terms and conditions:

  • Applies to purchases of TheoryPal+ made after the 25th of August 2022.

  • You must complete all goals inside of 'Progress' in TheoryPal.

  • Only applies to purchases made in the iOS App Store (on iPhone and iPad).

  • You must take the theory test no later than 3 days after the subscription with TheoryPal+ has expired.

  • You must take the theory test no later than 100 days after purchasing TheoryPal+.

  • You must use your Pass Guarantee (request a refund) within 3 days of failing the theory test.

  • In the event of a refund, your subscription (TheoryPal+) will be cancelled.

  • The following will be refunded: Your last purchase of the TheoryPal+.

  • The Pass Guarantee only applies to the DVSA theory test for cars.
